Welcome to Dragon's Count. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding account deletion.
2. Data We Collect
To provide a synced scoring history and group play features, we collect the following limited information:
- Account Information: If you register an account, we store your email address, chosen display name, and avatar preference.
- Authentication Data: We use industry-standard providers (Google and Apple) to securely authenticate your sessions. We never receive or store your passwords.
- Gameplay History: Game titles, player names, team scores, and individual round logging details.
3. How Your Data Is Used
We collect and use this data to:
- Enable multiplayer synchronization across devices.
- Display real-time and completed game results for you and your teammates.
- Compile aggregate game history and scoring charts.
4. Account Deletion & Collaborative Data Retention
You have the right to delete your account and withdraw your personal information at any time. You can initiate this in-app via the Settings screen or by visiting our Account Deletion Portal.
Collaborative Game Data Policy: Tichu is a team-based game. To ensure that deleting your account does not disrupt the score histories of the other three players in your games, we do not delete games automatically upon account deletion. Instead, we permanently and completely **anonymize** your participation: your profile name is replaced with "Deleted" and your avatar is replaced with a neutral placeholder. If you want to delete games you created entirely, please delete them inside the app before deleting your account.
All profile details (email, display name, and custom avatar settings) are permanently and irreversibly purged from our database immediately upon request.
5. Data Security
Your data is stored and secured using Firebase services. All data transmitted between your device and our cloud servers is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS.
